Shipping policy
Handling time 2-4 days . If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! Double check shipping address if address is incorrect please revise or your package will be delivered to the address on File, I’m not always able to update before package ships. This is a courtesy but not the sellers responsibility. Buyers responsibility to double check and update any information on File. There is a 6-8 day processing time …ships sooner than later . Full refund available within 30 daysWe have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I do offer exchange on size or shade, message via Shopify chat to request a different teeth or tray size. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, I will ship out requested product.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
