While we’re waiting for the funds, we have our own verification process at Coleman2u. We’re an internet-based company, and we never see the credit/ Debit card, so we have steps to protect the cardholder.

1. We call the billing party to validate the order if questionable.
2. We Verify the billing and shipping address.
3. Your shipping address must match your billing address.

Once everything is verified, and funds are received, we process your order. Due to the rise in fraudulent activity industry-wide, we added these steps to protect the cardholder, and us from losing money.

When you place an order with us, you will be issued a tracking number by email, when your order is filled. Make sure you supply us with your correct email address when you make an order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

We strive for the highest ranking of customer satisfaction, but not everything always goes according to plan. If you have an issue with your purchase, you have 30 Days to return your item(s). Our Refund & Exchange Policy is listed below and is strictly enforced.

(All new unused items can be returned, but they must be postmarked within 10 days of your delivery date, for a full refund).

1) All items must be in original box/packaging, including manufacturer’s tags, parts, cables, accessories, and manuals. If any of these materials are missing, the cost will be deducted from your refund, or credit may not be issued.

2) All returns will be for a refund, but it must be postmarked no later than 10 days after delivery. (Must be in its original packaging, and include instructions and manuals). Exchanges must be placed as a new order.

3) A restocking fee will be applied for all non-defective merchandise.

4) Shipping is nonrefundable, on all non-defective returns.

5) If merchandise is found to be defective outside our 30 day return period, the customer will be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty.

6) We must be contacted when a tracking number is showing as delivered, and it hasn’t been received. We have to issue a tracer with the shipping carrier and wait up to 15 business days for a response before a credit can be issued.

Undeliverable, Lost, Refused Items
1) If the customer provides an incorrect address we do not refund.

2) If the package is refused, we will offer you a refund minus the restocking fee, and the shipping fee.

3) If the package is undeliverable, with a correct address, we will refund the full item cost, but not the shipping cost.

A CREDIT CAN NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED BACK IN THE SUPPLIERS WAREHOUSE.

IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
