Cheryl and Ken are creative entrepreneurs making products for humans, home and fun! Their products are made using 3D printing, CNC technologies, laser cutting and engraving and metalsmithing. They are constantly exploring and experimenting with new innovations and materials.
In addition our booth may have both new and “used” products that we no longer use, need or found at a great bargain!
Shipping policy
FREE shipping on all purchases over $99 and on many of our other items. In stock items, i,e. most of CKS jewelry, will ship in 1-3 business days. Items that are made to order, i.e. 3D puzzles and personalized items normally ship in 1-10 business days. Custom orders can take weeks, depending on the item(s). You will be notified when the item(s) are shipped or if there is a delay from the time specified as expected delivery. Please keep in mind, since our items are one-of-kind and or made to order, there may be unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe accept returns and or exchanges on MOST of our items. You will be informed of items that are non-returnable or exchangeable. We want you to LOVE your selection. We strive for excellent customer service and a delightful shopping experience. We do our best to give full disclosure on all our items and describe them as we see it! However, we are not perfect and may “see” something differently than you! For that reason and any other reason if you are not satisfied with an item, return it.
You must contact us before returning a purchase to let us know that you wish to return a product. Returns MUST be received within 10 days of purchase in original condition, unused and or unworn. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please insure your package! We are NOT responsible for “misguided” packages. Buyer is responsible for postage. Postage will not be refunded unless the error is ours. Please note – if the original order was purchased using free shipping the refund will be less our cost for shipping it to you and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Miscellaneous details
Laser cutting and engraving either melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas. Depending on the material, this process can create some potent odors. NOT TO WORRY, the odor dissipates! We rent time on our lasers and do custom laser work. Contact us for more information.
MDF stands for Medium-density fiberboard. MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residues into wood fibers combining it with wax and a resin binder and forming into panels by applying high temperature and pressure. The MDF used in our products is CARB Certified and TSCA Title IV.
PLA plastic or polylactic acid is a vegetable-based plastic material, which commonly uses cornstarch as a raw material. PLA is a fully biodegradable thermoplastic polymer consisting of renewable raw materials. 3D printed parts are not as strong as traditionally-manufactured (injection molding) parts, thus resulting in a lightweight, less “sturdy” object. The layer-by-layer technique of 3D printing results in a matte finish with rough layer lines. The print pattern may very slightly from each item and may be more pronounced in some items. This is the nature of 3D printing with PLA. If you are looking for an item with a smooth surface and substantial weight this may not be it! DO NOT leave a 3D printed PLA item in direct sunlight or very hot temperatures as it will warp/melt.
100% wool felt is an amazing material. It is naturally moisture wicking. It can absorb up to 30% of its weight without feeling wet. Wool felt is stain resistant, heat resistant, fire resistant and mold and mildew resistant. It is lightweight and soft. On top of all that, 100% wool felt is super durable and flexible. Plus it is renewable and sustainable, making it an eco-friendly choice!
