Hi and thank you for your interest in our bonanza online store, im Just a reseller. I am an entrepreneur that founded this store with only $80 in my pocket and a few small item to sell. I started this store out of my dinning room where I kept a handful of inventory under my kitchen table along with my shipping supplies. Fast forward 3 years and I’m a full time reseller running my business out of a warehouse and I can not wait to see what lies in store the following years to come.

Item will ship through USPS/FEDEX and a tracking number will be provided I am not responsible once the package has been initially scanned by USPS/FEDEX. If the item is lost in transit or shipping was delayed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact USPS/FEDEX.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
In following the guidelines from Bonanza, if you need to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and it must include all tags (if item was new). Preowned items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If the returned item does not come back UNUSED, UNWORN, UNOPENED or DAMAGED during return shipping, I will deduct the amount of loss and give only a partial refund (up to 50% of the original cost).
Original shipping charges paid by SELLER will be DEDUCTED from refund.
BUYERS REMORSE OR “ORDER BY MISTAKE”
A DEDUCTION of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from any refunds. If the returned item does not come back UNUSED, UNWORN, UNOPENED or DAMAGED during return shipping, I will DEDUCT the amount of loss and give only a partial refund (up to 50% of the original cost).
