FazPaz’s return policy on Bonanza is 30 days from delivery date in new, unworn condition and postage not prepaid if return for refund. If you would like to exchange your item, we offer 2 options (applicable only within the United States) through our retail website, FazPaz.com:
OPTION 1: FazPaz will issue a pre-paid return label for exchanges of the same shoe style but in different size and/or color.
OPTION 2: FazPaz will issue a pre-paid return label if accepting store credit in Z Dollars on our retail website, FazPaz.com. Exchange or select any style of your choice from the many wide width styles FazPaz has to offer and as an added bonus for joining FazPaz.com, an additional $20 will be added to your Z Dollars account which can be used towards any FazPaz merchandise.
