*DS English translated games are compatible in the original DS and DS Lite systems only. They do not work in the 3DS, 2DS or DSi.
Shipping policy
All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days and include a tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and up to date before purchase (including apartment and PO Box numbers if applicable). The seller is not responsible for shipments not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or out of date shipping address provided.
After an order is placed it must be sent to the address provided. After an order is shipped it can’t be rerouted to another address.
Orders shipped within the USA are delivered by USPS. Orders to Canada are delivered by Canada Post. Orders to the UK are delivered by Royal Mail and orders to Australia are delivered by Australia Post.
Return policy
Replacement product available within 90 daysAll products are tested prior to shipping. If there is an issue with a product please us know to arrange a replacement sent out. Returning the original product is not required if requesting a replacement. Replacements are preferred but refunds are available upon request.
Miscellaneous details
DS English translated games are compatible in the original DS and DS Lite systems only. They do not work in the 3DS, 2DS or DSi.
Game Boy Advance products are compatible in all original hardware: Game Boy Advance, GBA SP, DS Lite and Gamecube Player for Gamecube. They are not guaranteed to work in after market systems like the Retron 5 or others.
