Shipping policy
Shipping will be via USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground for domestic shipments, international shipping charges will vary depending on the destination. Expedited shipping is available on some items, at the time of invoicing this additional shipping option may be shown. Some items that are listed as free shipping may also have expedited shipping options at additional cost. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses as we are not able to offer tracking service.
We ship most items to all international destinations and APO locations. Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method used. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of international parcels. An additional handling and paperwork charge may be charged included with the shipping cost to cover the additional paperwork involved and travel for such shipments. The cheapest shipping option is always chosen but upgrades on shipping are available by contacting us with your request.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsSome items accepted for return may attract a restocking fee of 5% if the item is not defective, shipped incorrectly, or bore no fault of shipper in regards to the fulfillment of the sale. All returns will only be accepted after the issuance of an RMA# by shipper. Returns must be returned with all original packing slips and packaging. The Refunding of original shipping fees is at the discretion of Klik Systems Consulting, LLC. Please consult terms of this listing to verify that returns are accepted on this item.
Miscellaneous details
Upon completion of payment you will receive a shipment processing confirmation email along with tracking details. Please ensure that your shipping address listed is current. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes and provide tracking. If a P.O. Box is listed as your address you will need to forward a physical address to us.
Processing, and shipping typically takes place within 24-72 hours after payment is received. Tracking details will be available once item has completed processing.
