Shipping policy
All items are shipped within one business day or about 24 hours. If an item is purchased on Saturday after 11:00 that item will be shipped the next business day (i.e., Monday unless there is a holiday).
Return policy
Purchases are final unless buyer disputes the description and photos of the item or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact me if either of those conditions are met. I take pride in 100% customer satisfaction so if you are not happy with your purchase let me know and I am sure we can come to a satisfactory resolution.
