Shipping policy
We ship out most orders the same day if the order comes in early enough. Our cut-off time is about 3:30PM CST. Orders are usually shipped on Saturday as well. Please note that orders can not ship on postal holidays. Orders that miss shipping cut-off time will go out the next business day. If an item requires additional handling time that information will generally be found in the item description.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe offer up to a full refund within 30 days. In some cases an item might require a return shipping fee depending on the particular item or return reason. We can not accept returns on opened personal care items, beauty products, etc. where hygiene is important. If there is a problem with the product we will handle it. We will take care of you if any problem arises and do our best to make your shopping experience with us a happy one. If a return has had obvious damage or wear it might require a restocking fee or other partial refund if it was not damaged in shipping.
