Shipping policy

All our products are handmade, and crafting each item takes up to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
For custom or intricate handwork orders, processing may exceed 5 days. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays and provide updates on your order’s progress.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Tracking information will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders (India): Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery location.
International Orders: Delivery times vary based on the destination and may take 10–15 business days. Customs delays may occur depending on your country’s policies.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.

5. Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Knilot is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Packaging

We take utmost care in packaging your orders securely to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately.

8. Handmade Craftsmanship

As all our products are handmade, minor variations in design or texture are a natural part of the process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
We appreciate your understanding if handwork delays occasionally extend beyond the standard 5 working days. We will keep you informed of any such delays

Knilot Return & Refund Policy

At Knilot, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Product Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only for damaged products that were received in a defective condition.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at support@knilot.com or message on Chat with photos and details of the damage.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when the customer chooses to return the product instead of opting for an exchange.
The customer must ship the parcel back to the following address:
