All jewelry items ship in a bubble mailer with additional bubble wrap protection. Jewelry items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage from California. Print products ship from our print shop to you. We use USA print shops. Nothing ships from outside the USA. All of our products ship for free.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsFull refunds are available on jewelry products that are returned to our store at the buyer’s expense. To receive a refund, jewelry must be undamaged for resale.
Print products are only refundable for print shop errors. This item was printed for you and cannot be returned. However, we will correct any print issues, including giving a full refund.
