IMPORTANT: We strive to get our gifts to you fast as possible! Please remember they’re handmade with love, so it takes a few days :)

*Ready-made items and also ready-made items with personalization are shipped within 1-3 business days.
*Made-to-order items. It takes approximately 8-14 days to make a product, depending on the complexity of the work.

After completing the work, I will show you photos of the completed project. I will send you the product only when you are completely satisfied with my work!

Please make sure to leave your phone number, which I need to organize delivery at the Correos/DHL post office.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

All our product are bespoke products designed for individual needs, hence they are not eligible for returns.
