Their a very reputable service, but we can not control how fast they deliver once your shipment is in their hands. A shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer when an item is shipped.

Replacement product available within 30 daysIf item becomes defective within 30 days we will replace it with a replacement same product. Send item back C.O.D we will pay shipping back. If item can not be replaced a full refund will be given.

After 30 days: We do not take returns, most all Our item merchandise comes with a (1) one year warranty. The manufacturer warranty will replace or fix a defective item.
