Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Items are carefully packed to reduce the chance of your item arriving damaged. In the event an item would arrive damaged a damaged claim will need to be filled out through the shipping service used. I do not issue refunds on damaged merchandise. We do not issue refunds on items damaged in shipping, insurance claim will need to be filed. Returns are limited to only items that have been proven to be not in the condition stated in the description when sold and shipped as we take photos of all items as they are shipped so they are as described if they are damaged in shipment that is what they are damaged in shipment and a claim will need to be filed against the shipping/handling carrier not us, as we are not responsible for any mishandling of a package or item once it is shipped it becomes the responsibility/liability of the shipping carrier and if they have damaged it a claim must be filed with them as they are responsible for the damage. Shipping to confirmed address only. All sales are final.
