All the spellcasting is done by us from our location. What we are offering you is a service, not a product. We do not send you any physical items, and you will not be receiving anything in the mail. For that reason, there is no shipping costs. Please be aware of this before you order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Age:
Our services are meant for adults only. You must be 18 and above to order.
2. Information:
To make effective spells, we need clear information. We need to know what you want, why you are ordering that particular spell. The more information we have, the easier it will be for us to customize the spell for you. After making an order, we need you to send us a message with your info. It is up to you to decide how much you want to share, but we cannot get started without your name and date of birth.
3. Casting:
Most spells ordered are cast within 48 hours. We might take a bit longer, if the spell you have ordered needs more preparation time, or requires materials that are not readily available. In such a situation we will let you know, and keep you informed of the progress.
4. Manifestation:
Please be aware that spells respond in different ways to different people. For some, the results are pretty fast. For others, it takes time to manifest. The actual manifestation is a process, not an event. If you do not see results within 6 months, we are willing to do a recast, at no cost.
5. Refunds:
Spells purchased are non refundable. All sales are final. The amount of time used and the costs incurred cannot allow us to offer refunds. When we receive an order, we start working on it straight away. This involves preparing the spell, purchase and preparation of materials including candles, oils, incense and herbs. We therefore cannot accept that, after all the work and expenses, a clients decides to have a change of mind and ask for a refund. If you are not sure that you need the service, please do not make an order.
6. Charge back:
We do not take kindly to charge-back fraud. Any person who makes a charge back, having read, understood and accepted our terms, will be considered a fraud, and will be treated as such. The charge back will be contested at Paypal, and the account reported to Bonanza management. We may also opt to sue for recovery of the full amount charged back, for damages, plus all the legal expenses incurred in that recovery process. We also reserve the right to reverse any spells cast for such a person, and to do it in such a way that would be most unpleasant. We repeat, for the sake of clarity: if you don’t need our services, please do not make an order. If you do make an order, don’t try to defraud us through a charge back.
7. Disputes:
Any disputes related to our services may be resolved by mutual agreement. Should resolution by mutual agreement fail, the same shall be resolved in accordance to the laws of the Republic of Kenya, at the high court of the Republic of Kenya, at Nairobi, and no other place.
