Shipping policy
Items ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Items above 1 lb in weight ship USPS priority mail. Items less than 1 lb ship by first class mail.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysRefunds will be processed after buyer contacts us to advise nature of the return request. For damaged items we request photos providing evidence of the damage before processing a return or refund. Where possible we will replace a damaged item or process an exchange of equivalent value. Returns in original condition and packaging are to be returned at buyer’s expense using a level of shipping using tracking & insurance. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee at seller’s discretion. Damaged returns are subject to a greater percentage reduction in refund payment.
