Please email to arrange a return authorization before you ship the return. This allows us to track your return and make sure you are shipping to the correct address. Items must be returned in the original packaging in good condition with all parts to receive a refund. A refund will be sent within two days of receipt of the returned item, and will be in the amount of the retail price of the product. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges to return products, and shipping charges related to the purchase cannot be refunded
