Shipping policy
returns accepted within 30 days for items which are still factory sealed and in the same condition as received once an item has been opened or used it is non returnable or refundable for any reason unless the item is defective then customer must email me for instructions. when an item is returned the buyer is responsible for shipping back to the seller. when refund is in order shipping and handling charges to the buyer are non refundable. also if the buyer bought a product that offered free shipping then any refund do will be less restocking fee and actual shipping cost . all returns are subject to a 20-35% restocking fee of the items selling price.
