2.For free shipping way,normally parcel can be delivered in 20 days after shipping. However,the shipping time may be extended for some remote areas and transport peaks. If this case happen,we hope you can understand because free shipping way is not guranteed on delivery speed.
And Expedited shipping service(DHL/UPS/Fedex) is optional, their delivery time is guaranteed,normally delivery in 5-10 days after shipping. The express shipping should be given by specific address (PO Box, Packstation can’t be delivered)

3.If the receive address is a remote area for DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex, the additional remote service fee shall be paid by buyer. We will notify you before shipment if the remote service fee charged.

4.You will be notified with the tracking number after your package has been shipped out.

5.All items are professionally packet with great care to ensure safe delivery. All parcel is packed discreetly, no sensitive information on the parcel, and no one knows what inside is.

6.In order to lessen buyer’s import tax or even exempt buyer from import tax, we shall declare the item with much less value than the actuall price paid for the item. If necessary,we will contact you to confirm the declare value.

7.We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents,delays or other matters result from shippping carriers or force majeure reasons.

8.The lower declared value shall not reflect the total price paid by customer or the market price about the item,and perhaps shall not be suitable for those coutries with different special tariff standard. We shall not take the responsibility if customs tax happen.Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
