Shipping Details for this Item:
Continental U.S. Ground orders placed before 10:00 am PST Monday through Friday will usually ship same day Orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship through the Post Office and may take additional time to process Orders weighing between 1 and 9 pounds will be delivered to the local post office through the UPS system, and then be delivered through the post office. (This is called “UPS SurePost”). Orders of 10 pounds or more will remain in the UPS network. Orders to Canada take 3-5 business days to process. Customs and duties are prepaid. Please allow a few extra days for Airmail shipments to be processed (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses) Ship out times are estimated and not guaranteed

Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:

Buyer pays return shipping cost for buyer’s remorse.

20% re-stocking fee applies.

Damage or defect MUST be reported within 30 days, no exceptions.

Under $30 – Create a Problem Report and Customer Service will advise on next steps.

Over $30 – Create a Problem Report and upload a picture of the damage or defect. A return may be required. Customer service will advise on next steps.
