Return policy

If an item is materially not as described, we will refund the full amount (please note: a slight variation in color is commonly a result of different computer screens and does not constitute a not-as-described. Of course, if you ordered a red item and receive a blue one, THAT is a not-as-described!).
Please note: in case of a refund, we will need the item returned to us at our cost!.

If an item arrives broken, that’s a case for the shipping insurance. We will deal with that headache and refund you the full amount, IF you are reporting the damage to the parcel company within 48 hours of receiving (such reporting is required by most parcel services such as FedEx, UPS, Postal Service or others) and provide us with pictures of the damaged items. Please note: the damaged items need to be kept available until we receive the OK from the parcel services to discard them.

If nothing is wrong with the item and you simple changed your mind or ordered by mistake, that’s ok as well – happens to the best of us. In many cases (most non-food items in small quantities), you can return the item with 14 days, provided:
- The items are unopened and (if we shipped them sealed) still sealed
- The items are unused
- The items are exactly the ones we sent you (i.e. no replacement with “similar items”)
- The items are complete (e.g. if you purchased a set of 12, all 12 have to be in the set when returned – no partial refunds for partially returned sets)

Please note: The refund amount will be for the purchase price and does not include additional costs incurred such as customs duties, insurance premiums or shipping costs.
