Shipping policy

We do offer following shipping options:
• USPS First-Class in US (up to 7 business days) and International* (up to 12 business days) – $0.0 (Free)

• USPS Priority Mail (4 business days) in US only – $9.99

• USPS Next day (2 business days) in US only – $35.0

• USPS Priority Mail International* (up to 5 business days) – $50.0

• We do pay for International shipping in full. However, we are not responsible for national customs duties. Please, check with your local post office for possible fees, before ordering from our store.

These options are offered during the check-out process.

All shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service. Delivery Confirmations are issued for all options, except Free International shipping.

Return policy

Returns accepted as follow:
Buyer should contact you within 14 Days after receiving the item.
Refund given as Money back or exchange (buyer’s choice).
Return shipping will be paid by thebuyer .

Due to the fact that Medical ID plates are custom engraved and carry your personal information they cannot be resold. If we made any mistake in engraving compare to text you provided to us, we will exchange product for no extra charge. If you made spelling error in your text and it was engraved with it, we are not responsible for your error. You cannot return this item and will be not refunded for it. We do make all efforts to make good quality products and timely communication to our customers, which reflected in our 100% satisfaction rate. If for any reason you do not like our product and want to return it back, we will retain 65% of the cost, as this is not resalable. Any return will occur only after we will receive the original product back. Before returning you are supposed to communicate to us for the reason of return. We encourage you to use “Delivery Confirmation service” to prove return to the Bonanza authorities. In general we are easy to deal business with and believe in growth based on customer loyalty.
