Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Richards Rarities specializes in the rare, unusual, and hard to find stuff. Looking for that hard to find, out of print CD, Cassette, Book, or VHS? What about that one Hot Wheels or Matchbox car that was always out of stock at the store? Chances are I have it, or may be able to find it. Don’t see what you are looking for? Due to California’s AB1570, Autographed items are no longer able to be shipped to a California address. Orders for these items that contain a CA shipping address WILL BE CANCELLED as “un-deliverable address”. If you are a California Resident and wish to purchase autographed products, you will need to provide a shipping address that is OUTSIDE of California. We apologize for the inconvenience. **

Shipping policy

Items offered with Free Shipping are sent with the most economical Shipping Service available. For Books / Music / Movies this usually is Media Mail. Most items can be upgraded to ship via USPS Ground Advantage. I also offer Priority Shipping as an upgrade option to get your stuff quicker. International orders are welcomed and ship using International First Class (Standard) or International Priority Mail (Expedited). Any questions, please email me.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. For Audio / Video / Software items, returns will be accepted ONLY if the item is still sealed, used Audio / Video / Software items are final sale. Open Audio / Video / Software items cannot be returned, due to US piracy laws. All other items can be returned as long as the item is in the same condition it was shipped in, and the return is postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

Additionally, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
