Please take a moment to go through my Sale Policy

1. Please ask all questions BEFORE you buy as all sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.

2. Buyer will pay for shipping and handling. I CANNOT be responsible for any item that is LOST during transit if you do not opt for insurance. Once the item leaves my hands, it is no longer my responsibility.

3. I ship to any worldwide destination and can combine shipping for multiple items where possible and save on shipping. The shipping rate quoted in the auction page for each item is applicable for worldwide shipping. You can opt for the item to be sent via air or surface shipping. Estimated delivery time by air is between 15 – 20 business days and by sea between 6 – 10 weeks varying from destination to destination. If you need the item to be sent urgently, I can also arrange for express shipping (2-4 business days) by courier at additional cost. In which case, you will need to email me for a quote on the actual cost. Item(s) will be sent to the winning bidder’s/buyer’s PAYPAL ADDRESS unless specified otherwise.

4. I CANNOT be responsible for any unforeseen delays or non-delivery arising from the detention of such item by the customs or any government authorities of the destination country. Any additional charges arising from custom duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Items which are huge, bulky and heavy may require special packaging including crating and the need to ship by air or sea freight. In which case, the shipping rates will be provided upon request based on your destination country as well as your postal or zip code.

6. Once sale is closed with a buyer, I will send an invoice to stating the total amount including shipping and optional insurance. Payment is by PAYPAL only. Payment must be made within 3 days of sales close. If payment is not received within 10 days, a non-paying alert will be filed with bonanza. If another 10 days have passed and I still haven’t received payment, I will file another complaint with bonanza to refund my fees and you will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Warning which may result in the suspension of your account.

7. I will ship once payment is received and the funds cleared.
