Return and Cancellation Policies
Call for authorization to return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, authorized for return merchandise must be received within 30 days. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by USPS. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given, items must be in new condition. Some returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any product shipped at our expense that needs to be returned to us, should be done so at the expense of the purchaser. We do not accept COD shipments.

Shipping
Sunset Services ships US Postal Service, First Class, or Priority Mail for domestic shipping. Shipping service may vary without notice and is the sole decision of Sunset Services. All orders ship within 1 business day we receive your order. We are not responsible for any bad weather, or any other acts of God that holds up delivery of your order.
