if an item is hand forged, hand made, or hand sewn can that be used in [[[URL removed] forged]]? or will it be considered a feature?

A brand is just what it says it is -a name of something. You may have both manufactured and hand made branded merchandise. Old furniture was frequently made by hand, yet was branded. Thus, being made by hand is a “feature.”

I think it would be considered a feature versus a brand.

A brand is a company name like Nike is a brand, Reebok is a brand, Schwinn is a brand.
A brand can also be a product line, usually done by marketing people to fancy up and attract buyers.
A brand can be a separate company that was purchased by a bigger company.
Listerine was once a small company then they were purchased by Johnson & Johnson Co. The brand Listerine continues independant of the main company.
A branding package is offered by very skilled graphic designers. It often brings together the style of how a product is represented and creates a uniform format book in which that brand is to be represented.

I would also agree to classify the item that was “handmade” as a “feature”.

- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
