My Bonanza seller fee jumped from 9% to 13%? Anyone had a similar experience? Thanks.

Go to your booth settings
Advertise tab
check to see if 13% is selected instead of 9%…
if 9% is selected, then I would ask support about it…

Also note that the minimum fee is $0.50 reguardless of your settings, so if you sell an item in the $3-4 range the fee of $0.50 is applied which is approximately 13%.

I’m not saying, it’s the case in Your situation, I will just mention it, because it can happen to somebody else.
Usually, when we work on some pages on B., e.g. in batch editor, etc., we have to click on some “Apply changes” button to save it.
It doesn’t work this way on the broadcaster (advertising level) page.
There is NO “Apply changes” or any “Save” button. If some new advertising level is ticked, it’s the level, which automatically will be applied.
Sometimes sellers want to see, what is added to the next level and mark the checkbox of some other upper channel and if they don’t mark again the chosen up to now channel (in Your case 9%) then the new checked option will take effect.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
