Well, it’s not really a question… but I have to say that I’m happy with Bonanza today after fighting fires over at Etsy for the past 12 hours. Is anyone else also an Etsy seller? If so, check they haven’t charged you for hundreds or thousands of dollars for shipping labels!! I was out several hundred, but looks like they’ve refunded everything today (not showing in credit card statement yet, but hopefully will soon).
Apparently there was a glitch last night where shipping labels were being charged a hundred times more than they should have been (it didn’t show up in the Etsy shipping calculator – only when the charge actually went through to the payment account). Error in the decimal place… There are folks on the Etsy forums that were literally tens of thousands of dollars in the red. Some who had money taken directly from their bank accounts via their debit card!! What a mess… happy to be on Bonanza today!

OMG, I’m glad I never used Etsy shipping labels. I always use Pirate Ship. I have 2 stores on Etsy and just started here a few months ago. Etsy’s CS is horrible. All the fees you pay and they don’t even have someone to answer questions.

I’m new to eCommerce, but I tried to start with Etsy and was also extremely unsatisfied with them. I have emails that I’ve sent them 2 weeks ago, and they still haven’t answered. Also unhappy with their payment policy, forced currencies and forced re-listings that they charge you for. And yeah, their glitchy day created a lot of problems. Definitely don’t recommend them to anyone.

I do not use shipping labels. I address it myself.
