How do you clear up an item "under review" red dot

Checked my booth this morning and a vintage perfume bottle was pulled for red dot under review.
It’s (vintage) but unused (new) in it’s original box. I used both words in the description.
How do you get a listing out of ‘under review’? First time that’s happened.
Thx in advance

I wonder if NOS (new old stock) would help? It should be recognized if it’s not.

You will have to send message to [email protected] They are the only ones that can release items under review

If there is no issue with the item after the review is completed, it will automatically appear FOR SALE in your booth. I’ve had a few items reviewed myself and the process usually takes no longer than 48 hours (maybe not counting weekends).

Only time I ever got any of mine back..items that were were listed until I edited them..I had to send a message to support…never had it happen on a newly listed item however

I just found a pair of dolls “under review” w/red dot, but they have been listed for months the very same way, so I don’t understand “review” at all!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
