I cannot print shipping labels all day. Support contacted 4 hours ago, and it was “escalated” but still unable to complete purchase.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello workclothing,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. When sellers are unable to purchase shipping via Bonanza, the issue usually lies with our 3rd party label provider. Often times, these issues are resolved within a few hours. We recommend waiting a couple of hours and then trying again. You may also wish to purchase shipping from another provider, such as PayPal or USPS, in order to ensure that the order is shipped in a timely manner. Should you purchase shipping elsewhere, we request that you mark the item as shipped and enter any applicable tracking information so the buyer has access to their order info.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know at [email protected] if the issue persists so that we may look into the matter further.

Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

I am having the same problem now. I haven’t been able to print a label since yesterday, and Bonanza support is useless – they answered a completely different question from the one I asked.

This is what a paid membership gets you, apparently.
