Accidently changed an item to shipped that was refunded a few months ago, will i be charged for selling it?

Thanks for all your help in advance. I was shipping a new purchase today and used paypal instead of Bonanza shipping to save the extra fee. When I went to add the tracking number I accidently added it to an item that I refunded several months ago ...

Can sellers offer coupons to be applied only on purchases above a certain amount?
