Are we charged fees on shipping costs above $10 even on international sales?

My listing offers free shipping within the US. To ship internationally, the total shipping/handling cost is $27.50. Will Bonanza charge me 3.5% fees on $17.50 of the shipping cost?

I'm getting feedback but how come it doesn't show up?

Customers are leaving great feedback but it's not showing up in my booth. How do I save it to my booth? I don't have an Ebay account but a Web Store. It says Import next to the feed back but when I click on it where does it go?

Searchable words in title.

If a listings title has the singular and plural of the title word, such as Binocular / Binoculars, will this cause the listing to show up in a customers search on Bonanza if either word is searched? Thank You.
