Customer wants to buy and item but can't get signed in

I have a customer requesting to buy an item, but can't get signed in. When she enters her email .. a different password comes up. She contacted Help, but they told her 24hrs or more to get back to her. Any suggestions?

Can i add video to my listing?

Is it possible to add a video ( YouTube for example ) to the listing to show how a product operates? If not a video, will a hyperlink work in the description area? Thanks
