This spell is one she called her 

 "Hidden Spirits" and it is a form of High Magick that assist one in calling on and communicating with Nature Spirits. These spirits are Devas as well as powerful allies that exist within the 4 elements- fire, water, earth and air. As Albina says, this Magick calls upon these beings, which can bee seen and felt with out "deeper senses". She adds that they also live to be anywhere from 300 - 1,000 years old and have the ability to turn thought into physical form if one communicates with them with properly and with respect. This potent spell will amplify one's ability to communicate with these spirits in an unintrusive manner that they are 'receptive" too.

The Nature Spirits are as follows:

Nature Devas- possess higher powers and include beings such as Faeries and Elves who work with etheric bodies and direct the lower elementals. They are quite powerful and have "instinctive" knowledge, which means they do not aquire knowledge as we do. They have knowledge of cosmic patterns, relationships and harmonies and can pass this immense knowledge on to human beings.

The Elementals:

1) Earth: Gnomes - Dilligent and focused being who are "task oriented". they care for roots of plants, possess strong senses and a "universal" intellect which is much higher than humans, they are also "powerful receivers of energies."

2) Air: Sylph- These beings often reach 1,000 years of age! Wind is their "means of transport" and they are often seen with wings. They also have a connection with human mentalities and they are drawn to those who are "intellectual and thrist for knowledge". Albina adds that they also bestow inspiration of thought upon humans as well.

3) Water: Undines- These are Graceful, lovely and highly emotional beings who are very friendly and open to the servive of human beings. They are drawn to those seeking emotional assistance! Albina says that the smaller winged undines are often mistaken for Faeires.

4) Fire- Salamander- without these beings, fire would not exist and they are the strongest and most powerful of all the elementals. They also differ in size and appearance and can change size at will. They can have great influence upon humans and must never be directed or commanded as they are known to become "angry". Albina says as long as they are respected, one should not worry about this occuring.

Albina says that once one allows one's energy to align with this spell for 2-3 weeks one should then step outdoors for at least 20 minutes at least 2 times a week and perform the following:

"Breathe in the wind, touch the Earth, feel the moisture of the water element rising from the ground or in the air and feel the power of the fire element within the Earth itself" Then she says this Magickal will begin to grow colder as it draws in the energies to assist in centering and grounding one in order to allow one to become receptive to communication with the Nature Spirits. Soon, she says one will begin to "feel and understand" when it is "time" to test one's connection with the Spirits and ask and observe responses. Once one has achieved communication and is done asking the Spirits of their assistance, she says it is important to Thank the Spirits and ground oneself by placing a palm on the ground while giving thanks. She also wanted me to add that:

By gaining successful communication with the Nature Spirits one may:

*Gain the keys to prophecy and Magick

*find protection against "evil" or negative spirits

*achieve guidance and assistant in order to progress and evolve

*heal a distraught or "stressed" spirit that is suffering, including oneself as well as others

*and most importantly, one may create a bridge between one's physical and spiritual being and helping one to "ascend" to a higher level of divine understanding and knowledge!
