This is a beautiful skater-style fit and flare dress by Cynthia Rowley.

Soft stretchy knit is 96% rayon, 4% spandex.
Machine washable cold.
Dark brown (almost black) background a colorful print that reminds me of marquise jewels in ruby, sapphire, topas and amethyst colors.
Boatneck.
Back button neck closure, with opening.
Fitted at the waist.
Circle skirt - flippy and swingy!
Pullover - no zipper.
Bodice is self-lined. Skirt is unlined.
In excellent very gently pre-owned condition, with no obvious signs of a previous life. Immaculately clean and ready to wear.

This was my daughters - it fit her perfectly and she is a size 0. She only wore it a couple of times.
