LORNE GREENE: “WELCOME TO THE PONDEROSA” (1964). MONO. RCA CAT.ALOG # LPM-2843. NM+/ NM WITH INTACT SHRINK WRAP. ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE.
Near pristine and absolutely beautiful vinyl surfaces which are sleek, glossy, and shiny bright with no scuffs or scratches at all on either side of the record. The spindle hole is completely intact and a perfectly-rounded circle. Both sides of the label are sleek, smooth, and clean with no stress lines or surface wear. The album cover is structurally exceptional with no seam splits, and no cut-outs, punched holes, or clipped corners. All four corners are practically perfect right angles ! (See the photos). The edges are solid, straight, and exceptionally well- defined, all the way around the margins of the cover, the surface of which is sleek, smooth, and bright all the way across the entire expanse of the surface area. Very deep, dark, rich, and vividly- bright color tones on this clean, texturally smooth, and sleekly- defined album cover. The back cover is ultra- clean and white, although light shadows appear in the photo image, due to the photography process, but which are not present on the actual surface itself. The spine of the album cover is square and exceptionally well- defined with no notable wear along its square edge. (Please see photos 5 and 6.)
Photography Note: On the lower left area of the cover surface (in first photo), there is some light white camera glare (reflection), which is only an artifact of the photo process and is not discoloration on the cover surface, all of which is smooth, bright, and beautiful with no notable wear at all.
