CHARLES NUETZEL wrote over 100 books of fiction and nonfiction, many of them under pseudonyms (such as "CARSON DAVIS"), and the majority of them published in the literary genre most of us would call "smut."  TAPED SEX HISTORIES alleges to be a collection of tape recorded interviews conducted by the author of a number of his devoted readers, who (encouraged by previous works of the author) have decided to unburden their souls of their secret, passion-filled lives -- so this ain't GRIMM'S FAIRY TALES, boys and girls!  As a side note:  in Nuetzel's autobiographical notes in his bibliography, he acknowledges FORREST J. ACKERMAN (of FAMOUS MONSTERS OF FILMLAND fame!) for encouraging his career in "writing."  So what other monsters did 4SJ conceal in his California mansion?!?!
