Aphero is a European label that did a lot of stretch lambskin leather designs in the vein of Jitrois.  This is a NEW with TAGs dress that was named "Vamp"  While the dress is labeled a German 38 US 8 and is stretch leather, I tend to find these run about a size small.  It will fit a US 6 tightly, which is the way these are supposed to fit, or if you prefer to have the leather just slightly stretched, it can work on a size 4 without being too loose.  The overall construction of the dress is a sleeveless leather halter dress with lace bib front, but this dress is a little on the risque side and you may want a bralette of similar.  Many similar dresses I have seen have a sheer material behind the lace, but not this one.  

Bust stretches from 33 - 36", waist is 25 - 28", hips are 34 - 36" and length is 34"
