Offered here is this Beautiful Vintage Glenover Wool Lady’s Hat, by Henry Pollak Co., New York. It is in exceptionally good condition, with truly little wear at all. I am unsure of the actual age of the hat but based on the style I would guess that it dates to the 1930s. It has a label in it that states Glenover, Henry Pollak Co., New York. I am unsure of the type of material that the hat is made from. It feels very much like wool, but looks more like some type of mohair, or some other organic material. It is a small shallow hat that would have been held in place with a hat pin and folds into a small brim on the front, with a little bow on the side towards the back. The hat is 8.5” from front to back, 8” from side to side, but 7” side to side across the actual head space, and 6.5” front to back at the head space. It is a beautiful vintage lady’s hat in great, wearable condition. It would be a genuinely nice addition to any vintage clothing collection.
