The base features gorgeous baskets of floral leaves and scrolls combined with delicate leaf swags and a 
reeded, stepped base

Of 3 piece construction, the crystal hurricane has a collar that is fits snugly into a center piece that then inserts and locks into the lower base
You can use this with or without the hurricane
The cut crystal is a combination of intaglio cutting of florals and leaves and possibly Lilies of the Valley
There are deep miter cut dividers in the crystal chimney that creates 4 panels of florals
There are very fine cut lines that are cut vertically at the base of the shade that rise to about 1/4 up the sides of the shade

Simply Stunning! Fine condition - Any dark spots seen on the silver are reflections and not defects
Condition: Beautiful pre-owned condition with a tiny rim chip about the size of a pinhead, on the top rim of hurricane.

Such a classic style, this pattern works well with many older styles of silver plated table ware!
Age appropriate markings from past use but are very minimal! 
Beautiful luster, we only use silver cream for polishing and never use harsh chemicals.

Sits nice flat to surface - No pits, pings or waves
