Vasilis, a conservative employee at a small publishing company who struggles to support himself and his family, has a dream: to strike it rich. With this in mind, Vasilis buys lottery tickets regularly, in high hopes of succeeding, however, when, for once in his life, refuses to buy one, his leftist colleague, Manos, seizes the opportunity, and by a twist of fate, becomes a millionaire. Under those circumstances, a double transformation begins. On the one hand, Vasilis finds himself unable to come to terms with life's irony, on the other hand, Manos and his wife--Vasilis' sister, Dina--start turning into something they used to despise in the past. This is a new reality for all of them. Will they find their feet?......
