If item is received with quality problem such as item is damaged, faulty or defective, we will accept a return subject to the following conditions. We are unable to accept return for reasons other those mentioned:

1. Item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery;

2. Damaged item must be supported with evidence in pictures and/or videos;

3. Item must be returned together with original proof of purchase and damages;
4. Item must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tag (if any);
5. Cost for delivery of return to our warehouse in China is to be borne entirely by the buyer;
6. Item must be returned via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service with tracking number. We are not liable for loss of return items;
