Vintage NEUTRAGLAS Apothecary / Serum / Medicine Bottle, USA, #2 it is around 5-3/4" tall and around 3-3/4" Dia. the glass has some flaws in it all appear to be from when it was made there are some rough spots on the neck and a surface annealing crack/line on the surface of the bottle that you can feel with a finger nail but it does not appear to go all the way through the glass

Bottle is clear glass with a green tint
