1982 Cleveland Yachting Club Regatta Plaque

Plaque measures 6 inches by 8 inches by 3/4 inches thick.
Face of plaque has a antiqued bronze wreath with an antiqued round coin in the center with a clothed winged woman holding what looks like a wreath above her head.
There is also a black with gold double edged plaque engraved with
" CLEVELAND YATCHING CLUB 1982 REGATTA"
