The system configuration includes all load cells, junction box, mounting hardware, cabling, owners manual, and over the message support. There are no moving parts to wear out or adjust, thereby ensuring years of trouble free operation. Each load cell is constructed with 100% overload protection and 1/4” thick steel. All weather for outdoor use is optional $400 extra (Please message us for this option). Simple set-up the scale on any flat hard surface: grass, asphalt, concrete, dirt, cement, wooden planks, compact ground, gravel, or any hard flat conditions.

Large scale items will ship via LTL freight and require shipping to a business address with forklift or loading dock. Smaller items will ship with UPS or FedEx. Prime USA Scales provides tracking information in 24-48 hours on most orders. You will receive a walk through email keeping you abreast of your payment, shipment, and delivery confirmation. Please contact with any questions. We appreciate your business.


Returns are accepted 30 days after the purchase. Shipping will be paid both ways by buyer for returns. If you purchased with free shipping your return amount will have shipping deducted from your refund. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to your return based on if item is used or new.
