When and how to use the hook?
Dough Hook: Level 1-3, Time 3 mins, Maximum 700g flour and 380g water, for heavy mixtures(e.g, bread or short pastry);
Flat Beater: Level 2-4, Time 3 mins, Maximum 400g flour and 400-500g water, for medium-heavy mixtures(e.g, crepes or sponge mixture);
Wire Whip: Level 5-6, Time 3 mins, Minimum 3 egg whites, for light mixtures(e.g, cream, egg white, blancmange)
Attention: Using the hook for not more than 1.2kg mixture
