Unique, old blotter for the recruitment of officers in the US Navy. NAVPERS 30938 and dated 1957. Really neat one in great shape with light wear. It's 3 3/4 inches tall and 9 inches wide.    

Bubble mailer shipping with delivery confirmation is only $2.50, which is less than it will cost me.
