Very Rare Soviet Radio-Receiver

"ALPINIST RP-224-1" 1980s

This is the Soviet portable Radio-Receiver called Alpinist" (Mountaineer) of the model "RP-224-1". It was made in USSR in 1980s. The size of this Radio is 8.4x5x2 inches. Tested and working. Good cosmetics for the age. Antenna is intact. Battery compartment is clean. It works on the middle, long, short vawes and UKW (feels like was converted to FM about 100-106.0 Mhz ) band. Uses 4 C type batteries or 9V DC external power. This is a rare radio-receiver now. Batteries just for demonstration.
