Condition is used but in really good like new condition. Purchased with a larger lot of pens and pencils. The pen writes but ink refill will start and stop shipping so we are including a refill that is new old stock and still sealed.

These seem to be quite collectible and both write. Don’t know the lead size but other past listings say it’s 0.9 if that helps.
