We are not gemologists. Any "grading" of stones which is listed is from the wholesaler and not from us. Unless we say "gemmy" - it probably is not of a quality for the jewelry trade.

								We ship within ONE (1) business days (no Saturdays, Sundays, or USA legal holidays) of payment received and address confirmation by Paypal. Please do not ask to ship to another address. If you need the item shipped faster, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING to ensure that we can ship to fit your needs.

Shipments can be combined by request so please ask on multiple purchases. 

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a minimal shipping fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. 

International Buyers especially those in the UK - PLEASE NOTE:
- Import duties, VAT, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts as U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

								All items are guaranteed and purchase price will be refunded if returned with 30 days of purchase date.

Returns

								Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
